Best elastic for skirts
I first found the sew-through elastic at a Sewing Expo so bought a bit to try out. Love it in skirt waistbands! It's very comfortable and strong, with a lovely stretch and recovery. With the wide (2+"), I sew several horizontal rows over the fabric and elastic and it becomes a flattering ruched waistband. After frequent wearing and washing over the past year, the waistband is still as good as when I first sewed it. Ordered in bulk here so I'd always have some on hand for projects - quick delivery and good prices!

It's comfortable and holds so well. It can also be cut in narrower widths for using to gather backs of card is or sleeves.
