Fold Over Elastic is a flat soft nylon elastic that is seamed down the middle to make folding it over your raw edges easy. It is perfect for headbands as well as binding and finishing raw edges. It can be used for trimming necklines, armholes, sleeves, collars, and cuffs on woven or knit garments, diapers, diaper covers, and in place of bias tape.

This 5/8" wide elastic when folded and applied, becomes a 1/4" wide trim.

Solid colors - $.99 per yard

Here's a great tip from Sue K:

"One tip I learned about sewing miters—look at the two pieces as if they form the sides of a capital A. Your seam crosses the A."

Love this product. Got it to finish the neckline of a stretchy lace neckline, and it is the perfect finish for this overlay. easy to apply and it molds nicely to the round shape.

I make a lot of T's for myself, and like to finsh the neckline with Fold Over Elastic. I tend to collect the colors, and you have a GREAT selection. I use a Bernina foot #8 to help see and guide application.

Great for baby clothes. So much softer and easier to use than most of what you can buy in the stores.

I am always finding new ways to use FOE. I am an image consultant who specialises in fabric and patterns. I have just made a You Tube tutorial on FOE. Check it out under Anne Whalley. Alot of people are asking where I purchase my FOE. Would you be interested in advertising your company on my blog or future tutorials. I love your color selection. Regards Anne Whalley
