Love cool tools!
I am so happy Sue O'Very started remanufacturing these tools from the late 60's-70's and that The Sewing Place is offering them on their site. I bought one for myself and one as a gift for my niece who also sews a lot. I have been using mine often and love it!

Excellent tool!

Easily turn straps
I bought this because it looked like a cool tool but hadn't had a chance to use it until I was making t-shirt straps for face masks. It works perfectly to turn 10mm wide casing. The straps I'm making are about 22 inches long. Because of the thickness of the t-shirt material, it would be difficult to fit a longer strap onto the tool but if you were working with thinner fabric you could probably turn a longer strap . It is the perfect tool for this application.
