The Lounger features a dropped shoulder with plenty of room to move comfortably. The wide sleeves come in three lengths, short (almost to the elbow), three-quarter and long.
The Lounger features three hem lengths: a Top with a shirttail hem, a Tunic with a straight hem and a Robe with a shirttail hem. The Tunic and Robe have two pocket options, a side seam pocket with curved opening or a kangaroo pocket.
View A features an unlined hood with a stylish V-neck opening.
View B features a V-neck shawl collar that hugs the neck without being tight.
View C has a mitered V-neck which is stitched and applied as one piece for quick and easy assembly.
All neckline views can be made Top, Tunic or Robe length.
Embellishing finishes includes twin needle, coverstitch and reverse coverstitch with decorative thread for both hemming and pocket finishes.
Suggested Fabrics: Knits with at least 25% stretch (4″ stretches to 5″ or more) Polartec® 100 and other lightweight outerwear fleece, French Terry*, Stretch terry, Sweatshirt Fleece*, Jersey Knit, Lycra Knit, Interlock and lightweight Double-knit, Stable Sweater Knit.
*Knits with not quite 25% stretch like sweatshirt fleece, French Terry, etc. can also be used. For View C, a matching or contrasting ribbed knit is recommended for the collar.
Notions: Thread, Temporary spray adhesive such as KK2000 or 505 and/or fabric glue stick, disappearing fabric marker/chalk, Stay tape, fusible interfacing or no-show mesh stabilizer, Scrap water soluble stabilizer. Curved Pocket: Pinking Shears or Pinking Rotary Blade.
